1. About the Artist and their work

We select our artists, among Women Artists around the world and we choose with them the works that we want to sell. Some of them are already well known and for others, we want to shed the light on their work, as our vocation is also to develop talented artists whose work, today, deserve much more visibility.

All the artworks on MAG are original artworks.They are not reproduced and further editions are not published by the artist ( especially in the case of photography)

An edition is when there are several copies of a work, such as in photography. An edition is the specific number of copies that has been created by the artist before first sale, and this number will not change. For photographs, an established artist generally has an edition size about 10 while a junior photograph may have a larger edition size. In general, the smaller the edition size , the higher the price.

All art work for sale on MAG come with a certificate of authenticity that is signed by the Gallery.Furthermore, all editions ( photographs) are numbered and signed by the artist.

Not always, as sometimes they have already be sold! If the artwork has been sold, it is indicated on the artwork page.If you are unable to find another work that you like, do not hesitate to get in touch as we can suggest other works by our artists that are not online yet.

2. Services offered by MAG

Our role is to introduce collectors to an artist’s works, we can offer you a personalised selection of artworks that are chosen especially for you to receive the selection you can contact us at contact@magthewomengallery.com

Not at all, it is a key part of our mission to introduce collectors the new artwork.

It is a great idea to give art as a gift! However, it can be tricky choose artwork for another person, even if you know them well.
We can talk about the person you want to give art to, and think about what they like and what would suit their home. Then we can offer you a personalised selection within your budget.

3. Buying art with MAG

This symbol allows you to choose the artworks you love while you are on the site, so you can find them on one single page. To see this, click on the heart on the main menu.To make sure your favorites are saved and so you can see them on another device, we recommend creating an account.

The dimensions of the artwork are specified on the artwork page. Any further questions? Please get in touch- We are here to help and we can send you images to give you a better idea of the dimensions of the artwork.

The image is an accurate depiction of the artwork, but it has no contract value. We can send you additional images on request. I f the art work you ordered is not what you expected, we are incredibly sorry. You have 14 days to return the work after it’s delivery.

To buy an artwork, you have to clock on the button « acquire this artwork » which is found on all artwork pages. You will then be redirected to your cart. Once you have clicked ‘proceed’, we will ask you for your details to organise the delivery, and then ask you to choose a method of payment( card, Paypal, or call us for bank transfer). Once payment has been processed, you will receive confirmation from your payment.

All credit and debit cards( Master cards, visa, American Express, etc.)Paypal and bank transfers.

Once the payment has been processed, the art work is reserved for you!
We will confirm availability and delivery times. ( delivery take on average 3 weeks)

Your credit card will be charged at the time of the checkout when you confirm your purchase.this is the point when your payment is authorised and processed by our payment gateway. Please note that if you are using a debit card, the payment maybe immediately deducted form your account balance.

Of course, before the artwork has been shipped, you can cancel your order by email.once it’s been shipped, the cancellation period runs for 14 days after delivery. If the work has been shipped, we only refund once the work has been returned to the gallery in its original condition.

4. Shipping and Delivery

The safe delivery of your order is our priority. For every client, we have a dedicated customer care team who can be contacted to help with the shipping and delivery process.(galeries@thepackengers.com)

We use professional third party logistic provider (The Packengers) to bring your items to you as safely as possible.

Mag is delivering all over Europe. For delivery outside of Europe please contact with us.

We typically deliver orders within 20 days.
Delivery time may vary depending on the country of destination.

You can track your order with a tracking link you will receive by email 2 or 3 days on average after your purchase.
As soon as it is available, you will also be able to find your tracking link on your orders page.
Please note that the tracking information is sent to you by our third party delivery services ( The Packengers)

The price of shipping and delivery will be added to the price of the work in the invoice.
Please note that this price includes:
Insurance: your order is 100% protected in case of any damage or loss.
Third-party logistic provider packing and shipping costs.

As we use third-party delivery services, we recommend you use the tracking link you should received by email within 2-3 days ( on average ) of your purchase.
You can also see the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link on your My Orders Pages.

Take photos of the packaging( preferably before opening) and of the actual damage to the products. The more photos you have, the easier it is for us to asses. You have 3 days from the delivery date to identify any breakage or other issues; otherwise, the insurance will not cover any damages
Your order is 100% insured. In case something is wrong with it, you are eligible for full refund unless you choose to have to repaired or replaced. In this case we will organise the repair or the replacement of your item.
It is free of additional charges.

5. Return policy

In case an item doesn’t fit your expectations, or you simply changed your mind, you can ask for returning your products up to 14 days after delivery

If an artwork delivered does not fully satisfy the Client, they may return it to the Operator. The Client has a period of fourteen (14) days to do so, starting from the date of receiving the order.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Client.

The returned artwork must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, suitable for resale, and unused.

In addition to the returned artwork, the return package must also include a letter specifying the exact and complete contact details (name, first name, address) of the Client, as well as the order number and the original purchase invoice.

The Operator will refund the Client the amount of the Product within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the Product and all the elements necessary to implement the refund. This refund may be made using the same payment method as the one used by the Client.

Just the request for return needs to occur within 14 days of delivery.Once we are informed, you will then be able to return your order safely.
