Salomé Rose stein is a French actress and artist. She graduated from the prestigious design academy Eindhoven in 2022, and describes her creative process as a dance with reality. An artistic exploration taking form in various media such as drawing, ceramics, painting or photography… Her works have been displayed in different group shows all around Europe such as the « Lafayette Anticipation » Foundation in Paris or the « palacio Cadaval » in Evora. She is exhibiting at the moment in “In Via Cluverio, Officina” in Palermo.

“I have always been inspired by what’s around me. My family home, Trihorn Park. My objects. My thoughts. Everything is close. I constantly ask myself how to transform. How to transform the mundane, the fragments of shapes glimpsed or words heard? How to dream my own memory?
I try to constantly reinvent myself. Whether through play, embodying different versions of myself in potential parallel lives, or through drawing, for example, where I imagine these monstrous versions of myself escaping into imaginary worlds of shadows, those that disturb the reality of my thoughts. I believe that all these disciplines respond to each other and transform one another. I try to bring things closer together, to gather them, to modify them. I try to move differently through the lived space, blurring the edges of my memory to reinvent moments in time.”
